Field Service
Factory Trained Service Techs with "Real" Service Trucks: Our
Service Techs are very knowledgeable; they listen to customer's
issues and make recommendations based on their experience with
others in the industry. Each field Tech has a large service truck
to reach your tractor in the field; each truck is equipped with a
service laptop and 6,000+ lb crane. There isn't much our
field service techs cannot do in the field, which makes your time
out of the field minimal.
Warranty Program
Best warranty program in the industry; Challenger equipment is
covered by the ProTech Warranty Program. With Challenger ProTech
Warranty you get a 4 year / 4,000 Hour Power train Warranty with
each New MT400 - MT600 series Challenger Tractor, this warranty
comes with No Deductible and can be transferable.
